Our Standard technology makes it possible to produce valuable bio-diesel from cheap raw materials and oil waste (in line with quality BIS standards 15607:2016 and ASTM-DEN OF IS1448).

The advantage of our Standard process is that it is possible to use unpurified raw oils, resulting in far greater quantities of bio-diesel than in traditional processes. The process has been perfected so that not only the desired bio-diesel, but also numerous by-products (e.g. agricultural fertilisers, pharmaceutical raw materials) are commercial sable.

Efficiency Thanks to Flexible Feed
The multi-feedstock bio-diesel plant makes it possible to process not only unpurified rapeseed oil, but a diverse range of spent cooking oils, spent cooking fat, fatty acids and other vegetable oils (cottonseed oil, corn oil, etc.) of varying quality (FFA content). Whichever raw materials are cheapest under the given market and price conditions can be used. Description of the bio-diesel process

In line with our customers requirements, we can plan, develop and construct multi-feedstock bio-diesel plants of any size. Currently, plants with an annual output of up to 250,000 t of bio-diesel are in operation.
